Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted. However, we are happy to assist with alterations if needed.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for products delivered in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at vanesonshubballi@gmail.com or WhatsApp +917829894444 to report the issue. Once documented, we will provide next steps, which may include a free replacement, store credit, or a full refund for the damaged item. Refunds typically take 7 to 10 business days to process and credit back to your account. Damaged products will be prioritized for quicker turnaround.

Note: Handcrafted items may have slight irregularities in motifs, texture, and color, which contribute to their unique character. Unlike mass-produced items, handcrafted products may exhibit variations due to the artisanal process.

Alterations

Alteration Period:
We offer minor alterations for up to 6 months for orders within India and up to 18 months for international orders.

Urgent Requests:
For urgent alterations, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning and resending the item, regardless of location.

Note: Each order is eligible for alteration only once.
Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.
You can get in touch with us about any issues at our customer support portal by dropping a direct message on our Instagram i.e @vanesons.hubli. We are available Monday-Sunday between 10 am - 7 pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day. 
Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
Vanesons may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
